Do you issue refunds?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by our customer support team. Provide the following information when inquiring about a refund:

Our goal is to resolve all customer issues fairly. Due to the complex nature of refunds at times we will typically seek to correct the issue through other means like reshipping the correct products.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we will resolve any issues with your order promptly.
What if my package is missing products or contains the wrong items?
Contact us, and we will promptly reship the correct items free of charge
What if my product arrives damaged?
Email us with your order number, a clear photo of the damage, and a description. We will arrange a free reshipment of the damaged product

What if I paid for my order, but it says it was canceled?
